Temple Beth Shalom is honored to be part of this important milestone for our B'nai Mitzvah students and their families! Through our B'nai Mitzvah program, we hope that 7th grade students feel a stronger connection to their heritage and community, while forging lifelong friendships with their peers.

At TBS, a B'nai Mitzvah is so much more than just learning prayers and leading a service. It is a recognition of the beginning of each student's adult journey, and their deepening understanding of their Jewish identity as their own. Our program consists of community events such as 7th grade Shabbat along with one on one tutoring to craft an individualized, tailored experience for each student.

Below you will find recordings of all the prayers sung by our Cantorial Soloist Gail Rose, as well as other helpful documents. If you have any questions please contact the Temple office.

The annual 5th & 6th grade Shabbat will help demystify the Shabbat morning service, and include a B'nai Mitzvah meeting to answer all of your questions about the process! Please stay tuned for more details.
